Do I need insurance?

All leases require that tenants carry commercial general liability and property damage insurance in an amount of at least one million dollars combined single limit. Higher limits may be required in some cases. In all cases, the landlord is required to be named as an additional insured. DH Management requires that tenant provide evidence of coverage prior to taking possession of the premises.
